What families can manage

One place for the full project

▤Health & withdrawal

Record treatments and keep withdrawal dates visible before show, sale, or harvest.

✓Tasks & deadlines

Keep weigh-ins, feed changes, entries, health checks, and project chores organized.

★Show planning

Keep show dates, classes, results, showmanship, and sale information with the pig.

✦Show Pig Learning Center

Learn pig parts, breeds, ear notching, nutrition, health, showmanship, judging, and more.

Family roles

Give each person the right place in the project.

One family account can include adults, youth exhibitors, and helpers. The Owner and Admin roles handle family management; the other roles focus on participating in the project.

OwnerFamily lead

The adult who creates the family account. The Owner has full family access, manages billing, invitations, roles, and shared project records.

AdminTrusted adult manager

An adult the Owner trusts to help manage the family. Admins can manage invitations and roles, help with billing choices, and work with all shared project records.

AdultAdult participant

A parent, guardian, family member, breeder, or other adult helper who can work with the family’s shared pig, task, health, show, and record information without managing billing or family access.

ExhibitorYouth project member

Designed for youth exhibitors ages 13–17 who join through an adult-managed invitation. Exhibitors can participate in the shared project records and Learning Academy while account and billing management stay with adults.

MemberFamily helper

A general family or project helper who can participate in the family’s shared records but does not manage billing, invitations, or member roles.

Show Pig Learning Center

Built for exhibitors and families—not just recordkeeping.

Short lessons, visual study aids, terminology, and knowledge checks help youth learn the project while they manage it.
